Custom - Returns

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. 
Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Checkpoint One.
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Claims must be made within 30 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Custom - Cancellations

Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. 
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Custom - Shipping Time

Orders are shipped from Canada. Most orders are delivered 2 to 6 business days after being placed depending on where you reside in Canada. We will notify you within 24 hours if the items you ordered are out-of-stock.

 

Custom - Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Purolator, Canpar, UPS and DICOM Express. Next day options are available, please contact customer service for a quote.
